Pause, Upgrade/Downgrade or Cancel Your Membership
Staring January 1, 2024
We love our members and our mission is to build lifelong relationships with clients that want to stay with us forever. But we understand that schedules change, finances change and the plan you are on right now will not be the right fit for you any longer. Most gyms make it difficult to cancel but we’re not like other gyms. We believe it should be simple to make a change to your membership.
Medical Freeze: if you are unable to join us due to medical reasons, you can freeze your account for a minimum of 1 week & a maximum of 3 months. The $20 Admin Fee is waived with documentation from your doctor of your injury and time needed off. Please contact us to pause your account before your net billing cycle.
Non-Medical Freeze: if you are unable to join us for a reason other than medical reasons (traveling, work schedule, etc) we can put your account on pause immediately. Non-Medical pauses are for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 3 months. Please contact us to pause your account before your net billing cycle. There is a $20 administrative fee for this service.
Upgrade/Downgrade Changes: If you would like to switch to another plan contact us prior to your next payment. There is a $20 Administrative Fee charged for DOWNGRADES ONLY!
Cancellations: Want to cancel your membership plan? We’ll miss you but we understand. Please give us 30 days notice. If your next payment is set within 30 days of your cancellation request, you will be charged for your final month and no payments will be taken out after that. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused membership credits as membership fees are non-refundable and any credits left on the account do not roll over. If you are unable to use your membership at this time we suggest putting your account on freeze. There is a $20 administrative fee for this service.
