The Poles we use in the studio are 45mm Chrome Xpert- Pro PX. We highly recommend this size/ style of poles for home use. All home poles are easily removable and require no drilling! When measuring your ceiling to floor height, be sure to use a stud finder to find the stud in your ceiling. Your pole will be pressured up against that stud. Poles can be installed on any floor surface as well.
